Banana Bread Mix

DIRECTIONS FOR BATTER: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mash 4 medium-sized ripe bananas in a bowl. Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/4 cup milk and blend in the contents of this bag. Beat well to form a fairly smooth batter.

OPTION: Add 1/2 cup nuts.

FOR TWO SMALL LOAVES: Pour batter into two 7-1/2” x 3-1/2” greased loaf pans and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Test for doneness.

FOR ONE LARGE LOAF: Pour batter into one 8-1/2” x 4-1/2” greased loaf pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes. Test for doneness.
