Sweet Cherries
The Bing cherry is the most popular sweet cherry! These are dark red and very sweet. The fresh sweet cherries are available pre-picked in the Farm Market and will be available through mid-July.
Rainier cherries are yellow with a red blush, made from a cross between two dark red cherries, the Van and the Bing cherry. The Rainier cherries are also very sweet and taste quite similar to the Bing cherries. Sweet cherries freeze and can well, so you can enjoy them after the season for fresh sweet cherries is finished.
