6 cup Brussel sprouts
2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. instant chicken broth or 1 bouillon cube
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup grated cheese
1. Trim sprouts, cutting any large ones in half.
2. Cook, covered in boiling salted water 10 min.or until tender.
3. Drain and return to saucepan.
4. Melt butter, add flour and seasonings.
5. Stir until bubbly.
6. Add milk, stir constantly until sauce thickens and bubbles 3 minutes.
7. Add 1/2 cup grated cheese.
8. Pour lemon butter sauce over sprouts and heat slowly until hot.

3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. paprika
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Serve hot over Brussel sprouts.
